Privacy

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email, phone, brokerage (if you give it), and the property address and square footage you enter.
• When you join the waitlist: your name, email, role and ZIP code.
• Product analytics: pages viewed and actions taken, so we can see where the product is working and where it is not. We identify you by email address once you complete a booking.
• Your language preference: stored in a cookie so the site opens in the language you chose.

What we do with it

• Send your booking details to the service provider you chose.
• Email you a confirmation and any updates about that booking, in your language.
• Email you when we add coverage in your ZIP, if you joined the waitlist.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not process payments. You pay the service provider directly.
• We do not share your details with anyone other than the provider you booked.

Processors we use

• Railway — application hosting and database.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Cal.com — scheduling.
• PostHog — product analytics.
