What SharedAgent is

SharedAgent is software that helps you find and schedule independent real estate service providers — photographers, inspectors, notaries and others — in South Florida.

What SharedAgent is not

• We are not a party to the agreement between you and the provider. They are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.
• We do not process payment and we take no commission. You pay the provider directly, on their terms.
• We do not perform, supervise or warrant the services themselves. Licensing, insurance and the quality of the work are the provider's responsibility.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices are supplied by each provider and calculated for the property details you enter. They are good-faith estimates. A provider may adjust a quote after reviewing the property — for example if the square footage differs from what was entered, or the scope changes.

Language

This site is published in English and Spanish. We work hard to keep both versions accurate. If the two ever conflict on a legal point, the English version governs.

Bookings

A booking made here is a request until the provider confirms it. Cancellation and rescheduling are handled with the provider directly; tell us too and we will help.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, submit false information, or use it to contact providers for anything other than a genuine service request.
